Before becoming vegan, this restaurant was one of Kimberly's favorite Asian restaurants in Atlanta. Will it stand up to the vegan test?

When compared to its traditional menu, CO's vegan options are certainly not as flavorful. But you should certainly give them a try at one of their 7 locations in the Southeast.
