You won't need Todo, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man or the Cowardly Lion for this visit to Emerald City. But you will need your appetite.

On this episode of Vegan This Not That, Kimberly (@mightBvegan) visits Emerald City Bagels. This East Atlanta Village shop is run by mom-and-daughter duo Deanna and Jackie Harlow. What began small, with the ladies working out of a shared commercial kitchen and selling wholesale to a few coffee shops and restaurants soon led them to receiving an award in 2015 for having the Best Bagels in Atlanta.

So does it live up to the hype?
