Helicopter Geothermal Installation
The first commercial building in Serenbe’s newest neighborhood, Mado, is 30,000 square feet and completely geothermal. In order to heat/cool a building that size, a helicopter was brought in to install what is equivalent to 80 wells. This saved time, money, and the environment!
