Richard Louv is a journalist and author whose ten books helped launch an international movement to connect children, families and communities to nature. He is co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Children & Nature Network, an organization helping build the movement. He wrote the well-known book "Last Child in the Woods" and coined the term "nature-deficit disorder." Richard's latest book "Our Wild Calling" explores the power of our co-existence between animals and humans.
